Multimedia Section of the Forum

Anyone have any questions regarding the multimedia section?

I think we have to clarify this, I denied some members the access to the section cause one of the rules was "spamming the forum to reach 30 posts is not allowed", which is exactly what has been done!

If you go around posting in every single topic "oh cool", "oh tfs" or "oh I agree" that is something I would place in as spamming. Even a 5 yr old kid can go around doing that and it takes no time for you posts to go from 0-30. If your making posts rather make them something more valuable than just that? I know I am being extremely harsh on this and probably going to get a lot of hate mails but I am going to stick by it.

The multimedia section isnt running away, so rather make few but sensible posts than have us going around deleting posts cause the post in every topic says the same thing.

And if anyone has any problems with it we'd rather talk it out, please?

No that is not meant for members having above 30 posts...but those below 30 posts and who need access to the Multimedia section. So for doing so they filled the entire forum with a similar post (which we had to delete later) and asked us to give them access to Multimedia section, which is not allowed

Exactly...there are plenty of opportunities to make 30 posts...by using one part replies like Vani mentioned earlier is not the answer....cuz the videos wont be deleted in 2 more days....they'll be there for a long time!

The rules for the Multimedia section have been updated, you have to remember than when granting Multimedia Access the first clause was that members actively participate in the various discussions being conducted on the forum. However, it has come to our notice that MANY members who have been granted access now just log in to take the videos and do not make any effort to participate in the forum discussions and therefore their access has been withdrawn. The access will be granted back if members do participate in the discussions yet again.
