From Director Subhash Ghai, along with Mukta Arts Productions with a star cast of Hrithik Roshan, Kareena Kapoor and Jackie Shroff, was presented “Yaadein”, one of the most awaited films of 2001. The expectations high, the disappointment was unfortunate. An intricate plot and well developed characters proved to be the strong point of Ghai’s film, while the weak script, due to rewrites, was a let down. However, the movie was saved from its weak script owing to breathtaking performances by the leading cast. Kareena Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan have incredible on screen chemistry, and Jackie Shroff can be seen in one of his best performances to date. This, along with the charming locales and music that is sure to linger for days, Yaadein is a great family drama that leaves you feeling content.
